What You'll Do
- Take the lead on the hotel's sales strategy, driving new business and growing existing accounts.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team that loves hitting (and beating) targets.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, group business, community partners, and industry contacts.
- Create exciting sales initiatives that increase occupancy, revenue, and market share.
- Keep a close eye on market trends and the competition to stay one step ahead.
- Work closely with hotel leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience from booking to check-out.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, client meetings, trade shows, and property tours.
