Want to lead incredible events, cook at a seriously high level and earn well for the hours you put in?
I'm recruiting a strong Senior Sous Chef / Lead Events Chef for a premium London events business, delivering everything from intimate private dinners and weddings to corporate events and large-scale functions.
You'll take ownership of your own events, leading teams and making sure everything runs beautifully from production and prep through to service and delivery on-site.

The Operation
- Premium private and corporate events.
- Luxury weddings and celebrations.
- Intimate dinners from around 10-20 guests.
- Large-scale events and functions.
- Central production kitchen.
- Live event delivery across London.
- High-end food with a huge focus on presentation.
The Role
- Lead events independently from prep through to service.
- Manage permanent, freelance and casual chefs.
- Plan production, timings and event logistics.
- Deliver consistently high food standards.
- Work between the production kitchen and live venues.
- Stay hands-on during production and service.
- Represent the business professionally with clients and venues.
About You
- Senior Sous Chef, Lead Events Chef or experienced Sous Chef.
- Premium events, luxury banqueting, weddings or high-end hospitality background.
- Confident running events independently.
- Strong production and logistical skills.
- Calm, organised and excellent under pressure.
- Great personality and confident leading teams.
- Flexible around events and happy to earn through overtime.
