Key Responsibilities Team Collaboration
- Promote a culture of teamwork, service excellence, and continuous professional development
- Engage positively in coaching and mentoring opportunities to enhance technical capability
- Support colleagues to ensure high standards of delivery across all engineering activities
- Comply fully with client contractual requirements, consistently achieving or exceeding KPIs
- Deliver both reactive and planned maintenance to a high standard
- Adhere to established operating procedures and emergency response protocols
- Champion Risk & Safety best practices to minimise service disruption and maintain operational resilience
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve service delivery and technical performance
- Demonstrate a proactive, continuous improvement approach to quality and reliability
- City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working within a critical or high-reliability environment
- Strong IT literacy, including experience with BMS and digital control/monitoring systems
- Ability to work effectively within a shift-based environment
- HV/LV Authorised Person (AP15) status (refresher training available)
- Current IEE Wiring Regulations certification or equivalent mechanical qualification
- HNC or HND in Engineering
- Confined Space Authorised Person (refresher training available)
- Mechanical Pressure Systems Authorised Person (refresher training available)
- IOSH certification
- 12-hour rotational shift pattern (days and nights)
- Flexibility to provide additional support outside scheduled shifts where required
- Site-based role at the client’s premises
