Key Responsibilities Team Collaboration

  • Support colleagues to ensure high standards of delivery across all engineering activities
Operational Responsibilities
  • Comply fully with client contractual requirements, consistently achieving or exceeding KPIs
  • Deliver both reactive and planned maintenance to a high standard
  • Adhere to established operating procedures and emergency response protocols
  • Champion Risk & Safety best practices to minimise service disruption and maintain operational resilience
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve service delivery and technical performance
  • Demonstrate a proactive, continuous improvement approach to quality and reliability
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience working within a critical or high-reliability environment
  • Strong IT literacy, including experience with BMS and digital control/monitoring systems
  • Ability to work effectively within a shift-based environment
Desirable Skills & Certifications
  • HV/LV Authorised Person (AP15) status (refresher training available)
  • Current IEE Wiring Regulations certification or equivalent mechanical qualification
  • HNC or HND in Engineering
  • Confined Space Authorised Person (refresher training available)
  • Mechanical Pressure Systems Authorised Person (refresher training available)
  • IOSH certification
Working Pattern & Location
  • 12-hour rotational shift pattern (days and nights)
  • Flexibility to provide additional support outside scheduled shifts where required
  • Site-based role at the client’s premises
