Facilities Administrator
Our Client a leading organisation based in Sutton, is seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant / Administrator to join their team.
Location: Sutton
Salary: £25,000 pro rata
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
Role Overview:
This is a varied position where you will support the smooth running of the site, providing both facilities support and administrative assistance. You will be a key point of contact for staff, contractors, and visitors, ensuring an efficient and well-maintained working environment.
Duties include:
Managing the post room and handling incoming/outgoing deliveries
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities team
Scheduling maintenance and coordinating with contractors and suppliers
Ordering and maintaining stock of facilities supplies
Assisting with health & safety compliance and record keeping
Supporting general office and site services as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a facilities or administrative role is essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Reliable and proactive approach to work
