We are now looking for a Building Services Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support our properties across our West Region which covers Devon and Cornwall in the south through to Cheshire and Leicestershire in the North.

Specifically, you will:

- Deliver a conservation-led, customer-focused facilities management service
- Lead the development and maintenance of all M&E systems in the property portfolio
- Ensure all systems are compliant with statutory requirements
- Support conservation objectives and meet internal standards
- Support the security, safety and environmental integrity of our historic properties
- Administer and oversee M&E term maintenance contracts, schedules of rates, KPIs and budgets
- Deliver small to medium M&E capital projects, such as boiler and lift replacements
- Use CAFM systems effectively to manage tasks and workflows
- Prepare technical specifications, schedules of work and simple working diagrams
- Contribute to the delivery of our national strategic aims and projects

What You’ll Bring

To be considered as a Building Services Manager, you will need:

- Experience delivering M&E capital projects
- Extensive experience in the client-side administration of M&E maintenance contracts
- Competency in using Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems
- The ability to create work schedules, specifications and basic technical drawings
- A minimum HNC/HND level qualification in mechanical and/or electrical engineering or equivalent experience in building/construction
