Contracts Administrator – Building Services Sector


Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £30k-£32k

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support their operations in the building services space. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team that works closely with internal departments and external clients, ensuring high service standards are consistently met.

 

Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer requests and provide clear, helpful feedback


  • Coordinate emergency call-outs and support clients during urgent events


  • Accurately log calls and ensure resolution within agreed service levels (SLAs)


  • Manage maintenance schedules, reactive work orders, and service calls


  • Issue planned preventative maintenance tasks and monitor contractor performanceKeep clients informed of progress on all works relative to SLAs


  • Provide cross-functional administrative support when required


  • Escalate risks and incidents to the Contract Manager for resolution


 

What We’re Looking For



  • Proven experience in contract administration, facilities management, or a related field


  • Strong communication and customer service skills


  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities


  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team


  • Familiarity with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems


  • Knowledge of the building services industry is highly regarded


  • Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred
