The successful candidate will play a key part in coordinating maintenance activities, supporting compliance reporting, and ensuring our operational infrastructure continues to reflect the highest standards of excellence and precision The Ritz London is renowned for.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience working with a CAFM system
  • Strong understanding of facilities management processes, asset lifecycle, and maintenance scheduling
  • Experience in supporting development projects, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or heritage buildings
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance and health & safety documentation management
  • Relevant qualifications or training in facilities management, building services, or a related field
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
