Junior Facilities Project Manager
Junior Facilities Project Manager – FM Projects (Healthcare Contract)
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading client-side team managing a major healthcare contract in central London. They’re looking to appoint a Junior Facilities Project Manager with a background in facilities management or the built environment to support the delivery of a range of FM-related projects.
This role is focused on property, estate, and infrastructure projects—including self-delivered variations and lifecycle works—within a live, operational healthcare environment.
It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with around 3–4 years’ experience in the built environment who is looking to take the next step in a client-side project role.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the delivery of FM and lifecycle projects across a healthcare estate
Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors
Managing project documentation, data, and financial tracking in Excel
Working with stakeholders across all levels to ensure smooth project delivery
Applying knowledge of RIBA project stages to support planning and delivery
What we're looking for:
Experience in facilities management, building services, or estate-based projects
Solid understanding of the RIBA plan of work
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Confident using Excel to support project reporting and coordination
Organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple workstreams
PFI or healthcare experience is not required, but a good grasp of how to operate in a complex, live environment will be valuable.
