The role of the Technical Services Estimator will be National, covering various M&E FM and manufacturing project and maintenance tenders. Working closely with the Proposals Director, and other key stakeholders within the business.
This role will be hybrid, with a minimum of one day a week in the office and the remainder of the time being split between site visits, and working from home.
The ideal candidate will have a strong hard services background, with some experience working within the Manufacturing industry. Good knowledge on pricing, SFG20, and cost models is essential.
On offer is a generous salary of up to £65,000, with a £6000 car allowance + wider package.
