The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of compliance protocols involved in maintaining Hamilton House and the services provided, ensure occupiers of the building operate in a healthy and safe environment.

A core aspect of this role will be the day-to-day management of our Hamilton House office, ensuring all machinery, installations and services are properly maintained and operating smoothly enabling occupants to undertake their activities safely without disruption, and also organise a planned preventative maintenance regime for the same.

Prospective applicants will need to be NEBOSH qualified (see role description for further details on this) and also have proven experience of leading and managing a Facilities Team and have strong project management skills, with an ability to manage contracts and relations with external suppliers and stakeholders.

In addition to salary, we offer good conditions including a non-pensionable luncheon allowance currently set at £1,308, 35 days’ annual leave plus Christmas closure days and a defined benefit pension scheme. Salary and benefits are pro-rata for part-time applicants.
