Location: South East

Salary: £80,000pa + Bens etc.

My client is a well-established Hospitality group with circa 300 sites across South East England. They are due to embark on a significant period of re-investment into their sites and we are looking for a Head of Property to support this.

The Head of Property will report into the Director of Property Services and play a key role in manging the modernisation and elevation of the estate.

The Role:

The Head of Property will motivate and lead the Property Team and offer valuable support to the Directors. They will oversee the day to day up-keep of the assets and ensure that this in line with the Capital plan. Responsibility for Repairs and Maintenance and the best used of the CAFM system will also be key areas. The group have their plan and targets in place to achieve Net Zero by 2030 and the ESG / Sustainability piece offers a great area for development.
