Static Electrical Supervisor
£42-£45k per annum
Resident site in Stoke
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
25 days holiday plus 8
Overtime paid x1.5
No on call at present
My client is currently for an Electrical supervisor to work as part of their well-established maintenance team, based on a large educational site. You will report into the contract manager and work alongside/supervise 4 other electrical and fabric engineers to bring a full ppm and reactive service to all building services on the site.
Duties of the role include:
Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance works to all buildings
Working alongside and managing subcontractors
Working on lifecycle and minor repair works
Working to all policy and procedures concerning health and safety
Electrics covered include lighting, wiring, BMS, alarms, generators, LV and HV etc

The candidate:
The ideal candidate must have:
Ability to supervise and manage sub-contractors
Strong health & safety knowledge
Electrical qualifications - either City and Guilds or NVQ
18 th edition
2391 testing & inspection
Good customer service skills
Strong fabric skills.
