EICR Electrician
Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Electrician for inspection and repair work within domestic properties, covering Reading/Staines/Oxford/Southampton
The Electrician will be a van-mobile operative, provided with a van, fuel card, and any necessary specialist tools.
40 hours per week, 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of the EICR Electrician:
- Conduct inspections and repairs on electrical fixtures within domestic properties.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Install new electrical equipment and perform repairs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of materials used.
- Uphold safety standards and provide tenants with guidance on electrical safety practices.
About you as the EICR Electrician:
- Experienced EICR Electrician or Electrical Engineer.
- Fully qualified (NVQ 3 + 18th Edition + AM2).
- Previous work history within domestic property maintenance
