Maintenance Plumber
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Plumber for a permanent position joining a maintenance team based in Hammersmith, West London.
This role is a static position within a large multi-use property. Salary offer up to £36K plus fantastic benefits
Hours: 08:00AM - 17:00PM , Monday to Friday (+ OVERTIME)
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Plumber:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to reactive calls, providing excellent customer service to resolve maintenance issues
- Conduct general plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Demonstrate proficiency in Hot & Cold water systems/supply
- Conduct water temperature/L8 checks
- Complete logbooks
- Adhere to strict Health & Safety regulations
About you as the Maintenance Plumber:
- Recognised qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (Mechanical bias)
- Previous experience within commercial building maintenance
- Working knowledge of maintenance support systems e.g., CAFM, BMS
