Build Recruitment are working with a key client in the East Midlands to make the key appointment of Asset Manager (Lifecycle): £55k.
Specifically, my client is seeking an Asset Manager (Lifecycle) with a proven background in interpreting data and supporting the development of capital programs to play a crucial role in managing assets and lifecycle processes.
Reporting to the Director of Estates, the Asset Manager (Lifecycle) will be responsible for a diverse, mixed use property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the Asset Register is up to date.
Effectively manage assets throughout their lifecycle.
Interpret data to support the development of capital programs for required works.
Demonstrate technical knowledge, with a preference for familiarity with relevant systems and processes.
Analyse data comprehensively, providing insights into proposed solutions and explaining the rationale behind them.
Working collaboratively with the Maintenance, Projects and CAFM system teams.
Requirements:
An engineering background (ideally aligned with Building Services, Maintenance etc.)
Previous experience in the role of Asset/Lifecycle Manager.
Ability to interpret data and contribute to the development of capital programs.
Stakeholder Management experience.
