Building Services Engineer
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced commercial Maintenance Engineer to join a large service provider on a van-mobile basis.
The Building Services Engineer will cover South West England, based from the Somerset area. Salary offer up to £45k + expenses, van and fuel
40 hours per week, 08:00AM-17:00PM Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Building Services Engineer:
- Planned and Reactive building maintenance tasks
- Development and Management of the PPM regime
- Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
- Providing technical support to the maintenance team, occupants and landlord
About you as the Building Services Engineer:
- Experienced electrical or mechanical engineer
- Previous experience with AC maintenance
- Multi-skilled, commercial bulding maintenance career history
- Recognised electrical qualifications
- Fully knowledgeable in BS:7671 Wiring Regulations
- Organised, punctual and reliable
