Build Recruitment are working with a leading national contractor to source a Senior Project Manager based in the Southwest of England: £50k - £55k + £5k car allowance.
Reporting to the Area Project Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing (in a programme management capacity) 3 Project Managers across a dispersed property portfolio in the Southwest of England.
Projects will be across all RIBA Stages and valued £25k - £4m, type of projects will vary across Building, M&E, and Civils (minor works), usually circa 15 projects at any one time.
About you:
It is essential that applicants have a minimum HND level qualification in a Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience of NEC and JCT forms of contract is essential
Chartered Member of the Institute of Building, Incorporated Engineer, or equivalent institution and NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent level qualification) and previous use of CAFM (Maximo) applications is desirable (not essential)
