Build Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading London University to source a Building Fabric Manager: £36,452 - £45,956 + excellent benefits*

Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the Fabric Manager will work closely with the Mechanical and Electrical Manager and will be responsible for arranging, scheduling and planning resources to carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs.
The Fabric Manager will maintain an effective channel of communication with the Service Desk, Fabric team and all customers as required to ensure reactive jobs are responded to effectively and efficiently and that fabric jobs are closed down in an efficient manner.
Holding a certificate in a relevant trade discipline aligned with Building Fabric Management (carpentry, painting & decoration, light construction), it is expected that applicants will hold a Health and Safety qualification, NEBOSH or equivalent.
This is a client facing role, so it is expected that applicants will possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and collaborative communication style as well as having experience of managing small in-house teams.
