M&E Small Works Project Manager (Mechanical and Electrical)
In your role as M&E Small Works Project Manager you will be working as part of the project team with new and existing clients to deliver projects ranging in value, but up to a max of £500k across London.
M&E Small Works Project Manager – Responsibilities:
You will be delivering projects for all trades including Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric works within the Commercial Sector among others and will be the primary point of contact for the client
You will be responsible for leading the project from the outset and delivering on time and within budget, offering technical advice and support as well as being able to problem solve effectively and in a professional manner.
The Company
The company you will be working for is a medium sized M&E maintenance contractor based in London who have a really family feel to them. They deliver all maintenance and projects allowing them to hand over projects in budget and on schedule.
M&E Small Works Project Manager – Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ Years experience as a Project Manager within a similar industry
- Qualified in an Engineering Discipline; Plumbing/Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC OR a Trade Background with experience in M&E
- Proficient with Microsoft Packages
- SMSTS
- Full UK Drivers Licence
Remuneration
- Salary up to £55,000
