Role details:
• Managing hard and soft FM services for a number of sites across London
• Working to weekly and monthly SLA's
• Overseeing all budgets for the sites
• Leading a team of FM's across the portfolio
• Day to day compliance management including conducting risk assessments
• Regular reporting to key client contacts
• Managing sub-contractors
Requirements:
You will have a strong FM background ideally across the transport sector either client side or working for an FM provider. The ability to work in London is also essential for the role.
