Site Supervisor - Decent Homes - Fixed Term Contract Immediate Opportunity

Our Client, a housing maintenance contractor based in the South East are currently looking for a planned works supervisor to join their decent homes scheme in Bristol.
Within this role, the projects you will be delivering include kitchen and bathroom replaces, roof replacements, cyclical works and you also be responsible for managing disrepair cases. Works will be scattered and you will be working within void and occupied properties.
You will be responsible for managing sub-contractors on site, planning out their days, managing KPI's and ensuring their works are completed in a timely manager and to the correct standard. You will be carrying out both pre and post inspections of works, managing health and safety on site and liaising with tenants over works being completed.
To apply for this role, you must have the following;
- A minimum of five years experience supervising decent home and disrepair projects to social housing dwellings
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- A full clean driving licence and your own vehicle.
