Resident Liaison Officer - Decent Homes - Static Site - Immediate Start

I am currently working with a refurbishment & maintenance contractor based in the South East who have a requirement for a Resident Liaison Officer to work in Hackney working on a decent homes scheme.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a large principal contractor involved in social housing/decent homes schemes and be familiar with internal and external refurbishments including roofing renewals, kitchen and bathroom replacements and electrical re-wires.
You will be responsible for booking in appointments, dealing with complaints and issues, maintaining property information and occasionally carrying out surveys. You must be IT literate, hard working and able to work both individually and within a team.
This is a freelance opportunity which could lead to a longer term or permanent position with a reputable business.
