Stock Condition Surveyor - Decent Homes - Excellent Freelance Opportunity

Our Client, a large housing contractor based in the South East, are currently looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team in Waltham Forest.
The selected candidate will be required to visit properties, carry out condition surveys and maintain the property information and report it back to their line managers. You will carry out surveys and take photographs of what needs to be done. Works being carried out are decent homes based, inculding kitchen and bathroom renewals, window and door replacements and some FRA works.
This role is a freelance opportunity starting immediately. If your performance is good there is a strong chance that your contract could be extended.
If you are applying for this role you MUST have the following;
- Minimum of five years stock condition surveying experience
- Experience carrying out surveys on decent home schemes
- A full clean driving licence and your own vehicle.
