The Role
A leading facilities services provider are seeking a Fabric Manager to oversee the fabric maintenance and small projects for a key contract, covering hundreds of sites over the North of London. You will manage a team of roughly 15 mobile technicians and act as first point of call for the client with all questions, requests and complaints. This is a high-profile position on an important contract; you’ll be joining a dynamic and exciting team.

You will be joining a leading facility and building services provider, who deliver M&E and fabric maintenance to a wide variety of customers across the UK and Europe. They are specialists in their field and offer great opportunities for career development in a range of disciplines.
Required Attributes
- Clean criminal record – you will need to pass a strict security test.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar management role.
- Relevant fabric qualifications & experience (carpentry/joinery/flooring/tiling etc).
- Experience on mobile contracts (multi-site).
