Role details:
Lead and deliver a number of m+e projects for a commercial office environment
Projects will include installations, building fabric, facilities engineering and refurbishments
Review project requests and analyse feasibility
Scope out projects including risk assessment
Conduct milestone planning and kick off meeting for each project
Day to day budget management for the projects up to 50k totalling over 1m across the year
Work with the operations team to understand life cycle opportunities
Hold regular update meetings with FM team
Ensure all HSE is complied with for projects
Develop further project opportunities across the contract
Assist with projects at other sites within the portfolio when required
Requirements:
A background within M+E/building services managing minor works projects is essential for the role. Prince 2 or M+E qualifications would be an advantage and knowledge of conducting end to end project delivery is also essential for the role. Knowledge of supply chain management would also be an advantage.
