We are looking for a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role, knowledge of repairs and maintenance and strong management skills.
You will be responsible for the smooth operations of a day to day maintenance contract within the social hosing sector, this will include client meetings, reducing overdue works, managing the productivity of 10 - 15 operatives, health and safety management and tool box talks.
