The Role
A dynamic building services provider is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee a key maintenance contract. Delivering M&E maintenance to a high-profile public-sector client, you will manage a team of mobile and static engineers over 4 static sites in London. On top of being given a company car or car allowance, travel between your sites will also be paid for. You will have full P&L responsibility and be the first point of contact for the client.
Required Attributes
· Previous experience in Building Services at Contract Manager level or equivalent.
· Relevant engineering qualifications.
· Security clearance (you will need to be able to clear CTC level security checks – paid for by the client).
· A positive and proactive attitude and client facing manner.
Benefits
On top of joining an exciting team in a growing service provider, you will receive the following renumeration:
£50,000/year + Car/Car Allowance + Travel Costs Paid For
