My NHS client are looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their busy and varied HR Payroll team based in Ashford on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will directly manage a section of the payroll team and report to the Senior Payroll Manager. This role is a high pressured, fast passed role with multiple deadlines and a need for complete accuracy and autonomy. The candidate must be able to use their own initiative and have excellent communication skills and customer focus.
The incumbent must be experienced in the use of Outlook and Excel and have the commitment to help the team deliver outstanding services to our customers.
Experience of NHS Payroll is very desirable but you must have adequate payroll experience.
The candidates absolutely must be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Experience of using ESR
2. Experience of NHS Payroll
3. They are able to commit to full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) and be based in Ashford, Kent.
