Contract Manager - Refurbishment

We are looking for a Contract Manager to lead an operations team of project and site managers across a number of refurbishment projects. Works consist of internal and external refurbishments to high and low rise properties social housing properties as well as some D&B public sector projects also.
Projects are spread across London with travel across site and head office required and the CM will report to the Operations Director with full responsibility for client management, programme delivery, H&S, design and liaising with the clients team.
This contractor are a leading construction company whose projects arm have an excellent reputation in the industry and offer great benefits for working for such an organisation. To be considered you must have experience with a major new build or housing refurbishment contractor as a Project or Contract Manager delivering numerour refurbishment projects
