Commercial Administrator - National Housing Contractor - Temporary to Permanent - East London
Vacancy:
Our Client are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to work on a housing refurbishment and maintenance project based in East London. The contract includes pricing multiple variations on a variety of works including day to day housing repairs, decent home refurbishments, procurement of sub-contractors and sub-contractor management. This role will be in a busy environment and you will report into and assist a more senior level quantity surveyor and the commercial team.
Duties:
The successful candidate will be reporting into the commercial team. The candidate will be expected to carry out general commercial administrator duties such as managing sub-contractor accounts, pricing works, on site measuring and helping with procurement of sub-contractors and general administration tasks.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have previous experience working in the social housing sector in a commercial administrator role. You must have a driven and hard working attitude as well as a good knowledge of SOR codes. You must also be able to work on your own accord as well as in a team.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity which requires the successful candidate to start immediately.
