I am currently working with one of the London s leading housing maintenance contractors who have a requirement for a Resident Liaison Officer in London working on a large partnering framework.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a large principal contractor involved in social housing/decent homes schemes and be familiar with Fire Risk Programmes. This will include fire door replacements, sprinkler systems and fire alarm installs amongst works. You must be able to carry out condition surveys to properties and deal with resident complaints along with being IT literate.
You must have a valid CSCS card and your own vehicle with a full clean driving licence.
This is a temporary to permanent position.
