- Operate and control high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) systems safely and effectively
- Deliver and supervise planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Respond to and manage critical incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Monitor systems including switchgear, UPS, generators, and power distribution
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe operating procedures
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers on shift
- Maintain detailed shift reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation
- Liaise with site management, clients, and specialist contractors when required

Essential:
- Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ / C&G Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience working with HV systems (Authorised Person status required)
- Background in critical environments such as data centres, healthcare, or large commercial sites
- Experience working within a shift pattern
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience as a Shift Lead or Supervisor
- Familiarity with BMS and control systems
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
