Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer / Maintenance Engineer / Facilities Engineer to join a market-leading Facilities Management organisation supporting a prestigious static site in Maidenhead.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer with experience in building services and facilities maintenance, looking to develop within a high-performing, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance & Compliance
- Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to maximise system reliability and asset performance
- Carry out fault finding, testing, and repairs on electrical systems
- Perform emergency lighting tests and fire alarm checks
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, BS7671, and site procedures
- Maintain and support AHUs, FCUs, and HVAC systems
- Assist with general building services maintenance and plant equipment
- Respond to reactive maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Support and supervise engineers where required
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation (CAFM/CMMS)
- Promote a strong Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) culture
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, delivering high-quality service
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation or Engineering
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices
- Proven fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience supervising or supporting junior engineers
- Knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, building services plant)
- Experience in client-facing FM environments
- Strong technical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
