We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drainage Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across the M25 corridor. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and survey commercial drainage systems to identify blockages, structural defects, leaks, and performance issues
- Carry out and oversee drainage installation, repair, and planned/reactive maintenance works across commercial sites
- Ensure all drainage systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and statutory regulations
- Produce clear technical reports, specifications, and recommendations for remedial works, upgrades, and asset improvements
- Collaborate with facilities managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and to commercial standards
- Implement preventative maintenance strategies to minimise flooding, water ingress, and business disruption
- Apply sustainable drainage solutions where appropriate, supporting environmental and ESG objectives
- Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, and site-specific compliance requirements
- Proven experience in commercial drainage engineering or a closely related discipline
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial drainage systems, materials, and installation methodologies
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites, managing workload and priorities effectively
- Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach when liaising with site teams and stakeholders
