Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an Electrically Biased Building Services Engineer with essential mechanical knowledge to maintain and service cutting-edge plant and systems in a prestigious development.
You will work on an alternating shift pattern:
- Week 1: 07:00 – 16:00
- Week 2: 10:00 – 19:00
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant.
- Maintain critical systems including:
- Combined Heat & Power (CHP)
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Diesel Generators
- Chillers
- Advanced Air Systems
- BMU Units
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations in a high-performing, professional team environment.
- £40,000 basic salary with overtime opportunities
