Director of Marketing – Hospitality & Lifestyle Brand
Location: Tampa, FL
Salary: $140,000
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing & Communications to lead brand strategy, marketing execution, and communications for an exciting growing hospitality and lifestyle group. This senior role will oversee multi-channel campaigns, drive customer engagement, and ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies.
- Lead and mentor a growing marketing team.
- Oversee digital, social, email, paid media, and events.
- Manage budgets and measure campaign performance.
- Align brand messaging across channels and initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in marketing leadership, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven success in integrated marketing and communications.
- Strong digital expertise (social, content, CRM, SEO/SEM).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
