Facilities Manager
12-18 month fixed term contract
Liverpool
£46k plus car allowance £5.7K
Our client is looking for a Facilities Manager to join the business for a 12-18month FTC covering maternity leave.
The Role
- Overseeing a contract running over 4 schools on the Wirral (near Liverpool)
- Managing 3 caretakers and 13 cleaning staff
- Liaising with headteachers, Head of Business and client
- Ensuring that the contractual KPIs are being met
- Reports
The Person
- Must have PFI experience
- Must have experience of working within Facilities Management within a similar capacity.
- Working within the education sector an advantage
