Compliance  and Performance Manager 

PFI Contract

Location: Home-based with travel to multiple sites

We are currently seeking a dedicated PFI Performance & Compliance Manager to oversee operations across multiple healthcare PFI projects. This role offers the flexibility of home working, with travel to various project sites as needed.

As a PFI Performance & Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of performance and compliance systems, processes, and procedures, focusing on adherence to both contractual and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular site monitoring across all assigned projects.
  • Manage performance and compliance matters, ensuring full adherence to Project Agreements and FM/Service Provision Agreements.
  • Collaborate with Managers to address performance and compliance issues with service providers.
  • Provide clear direction to the Project Co. Board and SPV General Manager on all performance and compliance topics.
  • Support the Project Team with performance and compliance challenges.
  • Monitor site activities and report regularly on performance.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Regularly update on compliance status and initiate enhancement efforts.
  • Report periodically to the Project Co. Board and key internal stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Proven experience in performance and compliance management within a PFI contract environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of PFI contracts ideally in healthcare 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Resilience and strong organisational skills to thrive under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
