Job Description;
- Provide a professional robust estates maintenance and repair service at the trust
- Have basic skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and construction trades to undertake maintenance, repair and installation work.
- To maintain a high-quality environment for both clinical and nonclinical staff, patients, and visitors.
- Assist with other estates staff and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- To assist, plan and organise operational maintenance for the Trust under guidance.
- Provide estates assistance across the Trust site as required for resilience and as instructed by senior staff.
Job Details;
- You will be paid £19.00ph on a 37.5 hour week.
- the role is 6-12 months temp to perm
- You can can be paid Umbrella or CIS
