Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: West Sussex
Salary: £21ph on a 37.5 hour week on a temp to perm basis.

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, you will work across multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and maintenance engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and planned maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on critical equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and spare parts.
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with fault-finding and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts or on-call if required.
