Carpenter

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter for repair work within domestic properties, covering Westminster, Central London.

The Carpenter will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.

08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

 

Responsibilities of the Carpenter:


  • Perform inspections and repairs on wooden fixtures within domestic properties
  • Install new wooden fixtures and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of materials used
  • Undertake other minor maintenance tasks including: plumbing/painting/decorating and building fabric repairs

About you as the Carpenter:


  • Experienced Carpenter
  • Recognised carpentry certificates
  • Full UK Driving Licence
