Hard FM Manager
Hard Facilities Manager healthcare
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: Up to £65,000, plus Bonus plus benefits

Role & Responsibilities:
As an Hard FM Manager you'll lead operational phase projects, overseeing project delivery, client relations, and profitability.
- Providing expert guidance on asset and defects management.
- Hard Facilities Management audits
- Analysing building assets and modelling technical and PFI financial life cycle data.
- Identifying opportunities for client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring quality assurance of assets.
- Collaborating with project teams and Facilities Management service providers to develop 5-year lifecycle plans.
Qualifications & Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong experience in NHS/healthcare sectors with a good understanding of the Health technical Memorandum (HTMs)
- PFI experience is desirable but not essential
- Hard FM services Experience
- Academic qualifications in a relevant discipline or extensive technical knowledge.
- Proven experience in Asset Management.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Healthcare sector expertise, including HTMS.
- Compliance experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and customer focus.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
