We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager based in the Leeds area to work on a prestigious estate and oversee in the FM Services within the site. The estate contains multiple building types and will require oversight and general management of hard and soft services and compliance.
The role is a contract position for circa 6monthys but may be extended or move into a permanent position.
Mon-Fri 35-40hrs per week days. Payrate from £24.90 - £28.50/hr depending on experience and qualification level. Plus holiday pay.

The role is working with in house and outsourced teams & providers to ensure an integrated FM service to the estate. Management and coordination of site activities to ensure operational continuity and ensuring all compliance obligations are met and recorded to ensure a safe, compliant estate at all times.
Main Responsibilities will be:
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and site procedures across all the functions, H&S, QA and Environmental
• Monitor, review and demonstrate a process of continuous improvements to H&S and Environmental practices
• Act as line manager for service delivery teams and maintain liaison with service providers and specialist subcontractors as required.
• Prepare, communicate and deliver a first-line auditing schedule covering H&S and service delivery quality for assigned buildings
• Ensure that all aspects of service delivery, planned and reactive are in line with contract KPIs/SLAs for assigned building/s
Responsible for:
Shuttle Bus contract, External security contract, Waste contract, Door access and cctv contract, window cleaning, ID cards, lanyards, system and M&E/building maintenance, 
• Agree and maintain clear safety and operational plans for all sites
• Work with Portfolio Manager to develop specific objectives in line with the business plan
• Communicate account-specific performance objectives
• Contribute to company objectives by meeting own performance objectives.
Oversee the security teams, housekeeping staff, maintenance engineers etc.
Site contact during alarm conditions and coordinate emergency practices on the site
Oversee and manage the reception team
Act as master key holder and oversee the controlled access to the site

Have Facilities management experience
• Has strong team management and people skills
• Sound understanding of H&S, Compliance & Environment procedures
• Has strong communication skills
• Has strong planning and time management skills
• Good IT skills- MS office (word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Ideally IOSH
• Experience of Hard and Soft Services - Facility Management
Proactive attitude and a service delivery focus.
Able to liaise with outside suppliers such as M&E Engineers, Security/Access companies and housekeeping/hospitality teams
