Foot Mobile Engineer
  • Our client is currently looking for a foot mobile engineer working the central London. The client is offering some great benefits and progression with training to come as well.
      The foot mobile engineer needs to have an experience of being electrical qualification and experience as well as HVAC.
  • Duties to carry out are PPM and reactive requirements around the sites.
  • Responsibilities include carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial offices, some high end residential- landlords supplies only, and cover static sites should it be required for holidays and sickness. You will be required to respond to emergency call outs and reactive jobs, ensuring that all SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) are met.
Must Have requirements
  • Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications
  • NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems. Level 2 or NVQ Diploma in Installing, Testing and Maintaining Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems. Level 2.
  • Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline
  • To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required
  • To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings
  • To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements
  • Desirable:
  • Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations
  • City & Guilds / Plumbing / Elecrical / Gas
  • 18th Addition
  • 2391 test and inspection.
