Project Manager
£55k plus car/car allowance
Bonus, pension, private healthcare
25 holidays plus bank holidays ( 32 in total)
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team and oversee a number of projects across the central belt of Scotland.
The Role
- Managing project works across a large social housing contract
- Ensuring projects are on site and set up to start
- Overseeing projects such as light refurbs and upgrades, digitalisation of alarm upgrades, multi story refurbishments, gas pipe upgrades
- Looking after 3-5 projects at anyone time up to the value of £5M per year
- ensuring Health & Safety being adhered to on site
- Overseeing helpdesk and ensuring jobs are closed down
- Reports
- Providing the client with information
- Reporting back to the Account and Regional Manager
- Managing outstanding debt and invoices
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have experience of working with a social housing/Housing association contracts
- Mechanical / electrical background
- must be able to manage own time
- Driver
