Role & Responsibilities:

As our Asset Manager, you'll be at the forefront of operational phase projects, taking charge of project delivery, client management, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing expert guidance on asset and defects management, supporting our commitment to exceptional service.
Conducting in-depth analyses of building assets, modeling technical and financial lifecycle data for all building elements.
Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ensuring quality assurance of assets.
Collaborating with project teams, FM service providers, and our SAM team to develop 5-year lifecycle plans.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our SAM lifecycle profile.
Qualifications & Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:


  • Strong background in managing PFI facilities management projects or NHS/healthcare sector experience.
  • Academic qualifications in a relevant discipline (HND level or equivalent) or extensive technical knowledge.
  • Proven experience in Asset Management.
  • A degree in construction or FM discipline.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills.
  • Experience with PFI projects (desirable).
  • Healthcare sector expertise, including HTMS, is essential.
  • Compliance experience.
  • Excellent organizational and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
