- Regional Operations Manager
- £70,000 - £85,000 p/a + £6,000 car allowance
- Manchester area with some travel
We are currently looking for an Operational Manager who is experienced in PFI to lead a successful and growing SME FM business in their North West and Wales division. Managing 3 Contracts Managers, you will oversee a mix of commercial and PFI contracts with a value of in the region of £20m+, driving culture, people management and commercial P+L.

Duties of the role include:
- Leadership and management of x3 Contracts Managers and a Finance Manager.
- Driving a positive and customer led culture across the contracts
- Ensure strong customer relationships across the contract to optimize long-term partnerships
- Helping to manage the transition of TUPE stuff from newly won contract
- Ensure all contracts are delivering in line with customer expectations and contract obligations across all areas of TFM.
- Manage P+L and commercial budgets across the contract
- Understand and manage commercial disputes
- Support the Operations Director
- Collate and present monthly performance reports to the senior management team.
- Drive energy efficiency across the portfolio implementing initiatives identified by the commercial team.
- Ensure service delivery is compliant with Health & Safety, Environmental and Energy Policies

The ideal candidate will have the following skill and experience:
- PFI experience is essential
- Strong customer facing skills
- Effective people leadership to manage and motivate the team at all levels,
- Understand the need to maximise profit while maintaining standards and morale across the portfolio
- Proven experience in delivering TFM services to both public and private sector clients.
- Driving license
