Build Recruitment are working with an NHS Trust based in the Kent, to source a Project Managers (Capital Works) for a minimum of 3 months. £35 - £40 umbrella PAYE per hour.
Reporting to the Head of Capital Projects, the Project Manager will be responsible for multiple "inception to completion" projects across all of the RIBA stages. Typical projects range in value from £250k - £5m with the potential to work on Major Projects of £10m+.
It is expected that the Project Manager will have experience of JCT forms of contract as well as having experience of managing stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
Key Projects will be: Refurbishments, Alterations, and Extensions.
Due to the amount of capital investment and number of projects on-site, my client is looking for a well organised and thorough Project Manager who possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrates a collaborative style of working.
