Technical Compliance and Asset Manager
I am recruiting on behalf of a large Facilities Management Organisation who are looking to secure a Technical Compliance and Asset Manager to take on a pivotal role in ensuring statutory compliance and operational excellence across a vast portfolio. The ideal candidate will be based anywhere from the Midlands upto Manchester across to Lincoln. This is a hybrid role offering a mixture of home/office working with travel to sites.
- Location: Hybrid Midlands/Northwest/Lincoln
- Salary: £50000 - £60,000 + Company Car
- Facilities Management, multisite
As the Technical Compliance and Asset Manager, you will be at the forefront of guaranteeing the efficiency and compliance of the estates.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the estates consistently meets statutory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset database and Forward Maintenance Plan.
- Provide technical support to the Account Management team, internal engineers, and suppliers.
- Oversee day-to-day Compliance PPMs, manage supplier performance, and conduct H&S Compliance Audits.
- Act as the main technical point of contact, attend management meetings, and maintain effective communication lines.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation and technical service guidelines
Role Requirements
- NEBOSH/IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent, Facilities Management (FM) qualification
- Comprehensive working knowledge SFG20.
- Previous experience managing compliance within facilities management, delivering statutory and non-statutory compliance
- Working on multi-site FM contracts
